Discovering the prevalence of poor mental and physical health in the workplace ignited my passion for wellbeing.
Leaving my corporate career behind, I set out to develop the skill base required to improve, support, and encourage mental and physical wellbeing.
For 20 years, I have been delivering an integrated approach to wellbeing including coaching in exercise, food education, Mindfulness and Meditation.
My philosophy has always been based around educating clients to approach their wellbeing from a holistic perspective, including valuing and taking responsibility for their own health.
My programs, sessions and workshops are designed to deliver realistic and achievable solutions that improve long term wellbeing, and never quick fix solutions, or fad programs that cannot be sustained.
I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher, a registered member of Meditation Australia and The International Institute for Complementary Therapists. a qualified Exercise Coach, Posture and Flexibility Specialist, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Food Educator, wife and mum of two boys, dog and wine lover.
I offer face to face sessions or personalised online offerings including a variety of Mindful Meditation workshops, Mindful Movement sessions and Mindful Based Stillness Meditation Programs for individuals or organisations.
