Learn a tool box of self help techniques to release tension, sharpen your focus and improve your health.

 

Long hours spent sitting at a desk can cause a host of physical and mental problems.

 

Long term poor posture, stagnated energy, stress, dehydration, poor nutrition and a sedentary lifestyle are also major stressors that contribute to dysfunction in the body. 

 

This workshop is designed to introduce a range of self help stretches, breathing and mindful meditation techniques to release tension and motivate staff to take a proactive approach to improve their wellbeing.
