More athletic based yoga, focusing on using your whole body weight to develop functional strength and mobility.  Designed to challenge the body and the mind to evolve.  Includes meditation.

Gentle 

Designed for over 50's age group or those needing gentler exercise. 60 minutes of strength, stretching, balance based on fluid transitions from one pose to the next, incorporating yoga, tai chi and other modalities appropriate to the group. Includes meditation & breathing exercises.

NEW for 2014 for those clients that still love throwing dumbells and balls around to improve their strength and heart health. Fun, functional and designed to suit your level. No meditation.
