Designed for over 50's age group or those needing gentler exercise. 60 minutes of strength, stretching, balance based on fluid transitions from one pose to the next, incorporating yoga, tai chi and other modalities appropriate to the group. Includes meditation & breathing exercises.
NEW for 2014 for those clients that still love throwing dumbells and balls around to improve their strength and heart health. Fun, functional and designed to suit your level. No meditation.
Specifically designed for the over 50's age group or those new to exercise that enjoy a much simpler approach to getting fit. Incorporates dumbells and functional strength movements while also building the heart rate! No meditation.
Higher intensity interval exercises, designed to give you a cardio and strength workout. No meditation.
